Champion  Desiree Scout of Highlands
Our stud dog is named Desiree Scout Of Highlands, aka Scout. Scout is three years old and is a proven, much sought-after stud dog. Scout is wonderful with children, adults and other pets.

Our dogs live in our home with our large family, receiving only the best of veterinary care and nutrition, along with plenty of love. Scout is AKC registered and recently was awarded the title of American Kennel Club Champion Of Record! Scout is always groomed, trained, and handled in the show ring by Ashley, our 15 year old daughter. There are multiple American, English, and Canadian Champions in his bloodline as well.

We believe that random breeding is irresposible breeding and we carefully screen prospective females and their kennels before we enter into an agreement to breed. The stud fee is negotiable and we reserve the right to selectively approve the females that we breed with. If approved and agreed in advance, we sometimes accept the pick of the litter as payment for the stud service. Expenses are additional on top of the stud service fee and must be paid by the female owner at the time the expense is incurred.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FEMALE: The female must be fully registered with the AKC in the name of the current owner. She must be completely within the Breed Standard for the West Highland White Terrier (See our Breed Standard Page). The female must have a current brucellosis test, even if this is her first time breeding. The female must have no communicable diseases, genetic disorders, or parasites and must be determined as healthy for breeding by a liscesnced veterinarian. She must be of sound temperament. These restrictions are intended to protect the female, male, and future puppies from harm and to ensure that both kennel homes and bloodlines remain pure.
